While this website is yet under construction for the purpose of public awareness

and in consideration for public and consumer safety I will cite a quote made by a former colleague

of Anthony R. Friedman while he was employed at The Simon Law Firm p.c. St. Louis, Missouri.

This quote, by former colleague Tim Cronin is an excerpt of a telephone conversation after

Anthony R. Friedman had left the firm. Furthermore, at a trial prep. meeting Elizabeth "Liz" Lenivy

also a former colleague at the Simon Law Firm, made the same statement and went on further to say:

"that is why he is no longer with the firm"

But wait, there's more.....!

Although it is not required by law or statute for an attorney to carry Legal Malpractice Liability Insurance

you may rightly infer and concluded that a competent, credible attorney with a well grounded foundation

would as a reasonable expense and a part of doing business incur the cost and retain a policy in the interest

of it's own financial security for claims, and that in the interests of their clients as well.

A.I. Herein is the disclaimer on an attorney web site. Now, the facts are that this new attorney who has only been in solo practice for 15 months cites several cases with large settlements and verdicts while he was employed at a large law firm. Having at his disposal the infrastructure, associate attorneys, support staff and financial resources to prosecute these cases and achieve these results. However, these case results are presented as being achieved by his solo practice. The disclaimer does not adequately attribute that these case results were obtained when he was employed with the large firm. Analyze the wording of the disclaimer carefully and cite the ethics violations and that of professional misconduct and give commentary.

I will further suggest, for anyone's consideration...

Let us suppose that your injury case has merit and is of high value.

You have only one opportunity to realize compensation for your injuries,

and are prepared to "go this distance". To realize a settlement amount or jury verdict

that reflects its true value, is equitable and makes you whole.

But is the attorney you choose prepared to go the distance?

In any business, the primary tenet is self sustaining positive cash flow.

It is plausible that an attorney or law firm that may be under capitalized

and occupied with the expense of paying rent on a post office box

may be inclined to suggest an expedited settlement that puts immediate cash

in the attorneys pocket to pay expenses.

But as for the client, who truly is at the caprice of such an attorney,

they are sent on their way, with a fraction of what the case was truly worth,

and the attorney moves on to the next client. 

It can happen to you. It happened to me.

In conclusion: On this website I have set out to demonstrate and as an advisory to the general public and consumer,

that Anthony R. Friedman dba. The Friedman Law Firm llc. and the "set up", is perhaps,

(whereas I do not make any statement of fact) a volatile up-start enterprise that could fall like a "house of cards"

and your cause, complaint, injury and compensation may fall along with it.
